Contact us via the inquiry form, phone, LINE, Zalo, or email. We will check whether home fiber internet or other services are available at your address and confirm the best options for your area.
2. Plan Proposal & Quotation
Tell us how you plan to use the internet—remote work, online classes, gaming, or family use—and your approximate budget. Our staff will recommend the most suitable Wi-Fi, mobile Wi-Fi, or SIM plan and provide a clear quotation.
3. Application & Document Guidance
Once you choose a plan, we will guide you through the application process. Required documents may include a residence card, ID, and payment information, depending on the service.
4. Installation or Device Delivery
Home Fiber Wi-Fi: We will arrange the installation date and set up your Wi-Fi router.Mobile Wi-Fi / SIM: The device or SIM card will be delivered to your address or handed over in person.
5. Start Using & After-Support
After setup, you can start using your internet service immediately. M-Connect also provides ongoing support for connection issues, plan changes, or future upgrades.
